LEIG responds to consultaion papers to implement the Compensation Act

LEIG has commented on the draft Compensation (Claims Management Services) Regulations, the conduct rules and scope order issued by the Department for Constitutional Affairs.

Tony Baker, Director of the LEIG, has also met with the new head of regulation at the DCA to discuss implementation of the Compensation Act.
